Words like certified, PhD, years of experience are weak but useful expertise cues.
Pass condition in our engine: Expertise/credential wording is present in the HTML.
1. Problem description
This is a heuristic: we scan for credential language. It will not replace a real bio. Fake “#1 expert” claims can hurt trust — prefer specific qualifications.
2. Most common causes
- Bios were removed to “look cleaner”.
- Credentials live only in a PDF.
3. How to fix it
- State real qualifications and years in the author box.
- Link to a registration or certificate page when relevant (YMYL).
