1. Data controller

The operator of the SEO-GEO service (audit tool for search and AI visibility) is the entity indicated in the "Contact" section on the About uspage. For data processing enquiries you can contact us via the contact form or the email address provided.

2. What data we collect

  • URLs – provided by you to run an audit; they are processed to generate the report and may be stored in association with your account or IP (for reports without registration).
  • Account data – on registration: email, password (hashed), full name (optional). Used for login, account and report management.
  • Newsletter – email provided when subscribing; used to send product updates and SEO/GEO-related content.
  • Contact messages – email, subject and body from the contact form; used only to respond.
  • Technical data – IP address, browser type, request timing – as necessary for service operation, security (e.g. abuse prevention) and any analytics (if used).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to: provide the audit service and generate reports, manage user accounts, run the newsletter, handle contact requests, ensure security and any analytics. The basis is contract performance (service), your consent (newsletter, optional fields) and legitimate interest (security, enforcement).

4. Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as needed for the above purposes. Reports and related URLs may be kept until account deletion or the offered retention period ends. After you stop using the service you may request deletion (subject to legal obligations, e.g. accounting).

5. Sharing data

Data may be shared with processors (hosting, email, analytics) who process it only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data. We may disclose it to public bodies where required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter).

7. Cookies and tracking

The service may use cookies and similar means for session (login), preference storage and analytics. You can change cookie settings in your browser; restricting essential cookies may affect the service.
