1. General

These terms govern use of the SEO-GEO website scanner and the reports it produces. By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Service

SEO-GEO lets you run a free audit of a public website by URL. No account is required. One scan checks five areas and returns a 0–100 score with an A–F grade for each, plus a combined score that is the average of the five. SEO covers technical, content, structure and on-page signals. GEO (AI readiness) scores technical and content signals that may help machine systems read a site; it does not measure ranking or citations inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude or similar systems. WCAG-oriented accessibility runs static HTML checks around the POUR principles; it is not a WCAG conformance audit or a certificate that a site is accessible. Security is a passive review of transport, response headers, page markup and information exposure; it is not penetration testing or vulnerability scanning. Performance covers Core Web Vitals (lab data, and CrUX field data when available), loading, delivery and payload; some lab metrics run only when a PageSpeed Insights key is configured and may be missing. The result is an HTML report you can open and share by a public link. Issues are grouped by fix priority, and each finding has a recommendation. You can download the result as JSON. We do not generate a PDF. If that hostname was scanned before, the report shows how scores changed since the previous scan. A site that blocks our crawler, for example with a bot challenge, may finish without a scored report. Optional registration is for admin and content features, not for running an audit.

3. Registration and account

To use admin features you may create an account by providing email and password and optionally your name. You agree to provide accurate data and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or delete accounts in case of breach of these terms or fair use.

4. Acceptable use

When using the service you agree to:

  • use the service only in a lawful and fair manner;
  • not abuse crawling (e.g. mass or automated requests that overload infrastructure or circumvent limits);
  • not use audit results or reports for unlawful purposes;
  • not share account access in a way that undermines security;
  • submit only URLs you are allowed to scan. A completed report is published at a public link, so do not submit a URL if you do not want its scores and findings to be viewable by anyone with that link.

We may rate-limit, block IPs or accounts in case of breach.

5. Intellectual property and licence

The service, its content (other than user-provided content), trademarks and software belong to the operator or are used under licence. You may use reports generated under the service for your own use (including internal audit or client presentation). We do not grant a licence to resell or mass-distribute reports as a competing product without a separate agreement.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Audit results are automated guidance only. They are not legal, accessibility or security advice, not a WCAG certificate, not a penetration test, and not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic or citations inside AI systems. Performance numbers describe that run and may differ from what visitors experience. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of reports or for damage from unavailability, data loss or user actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law we limit liability to the amount paid for the service in the period when the damage occurred.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (if that option is available). We may suspend or discontinue the service for a user or all users for good cause (e.g. breach, legal requirements, cessation of operations). On discontinuation, data will be retained in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and contact

Polish law applies to matters not covered by these terms. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts competent for the operator’s seat. For terms and service: contact us.
