1. General

These terms govern use of the SEO-GEO service and audit services for search and AI visibility. By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Service

SEO-GEO allows you to run an audit of specified websites (by URL), generate a report with scores and recommendations and, depending on the offer, save results or download a report in PDF or JSON. Some features may require registration and login. We may change the scope of the service; we will inform you of material changes in the service or by email.

3. Registration and account

To use extended features you may create an account by providing email and password and optionally your name. You agree to provide accurate data and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or delete accounts in case of breach of these terms or fair use.

4. Acceptable use

When using the service you agree to:

use the service only in a lawful and fair manner;
not abuse crawling (e.g. mass or automated requests that overload infrastructure or circumvent limits);
not use audit results or reports for unlawful purposes;
not share account access in a way that undermines security.

We may rate-limit, block IPs or accounts in case of breach.

5. Intellectual property and licence

The service, its content (other than user-provided content), trademarks and software belong to the operator or are used under licence. You may use reports generated under the service for your own use (including internal audit or client presentation). We do not grant a licence to resell or mass-distribute reports as a competing product without a separate agreement.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Audit results are for guidance only and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of search rankings. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of reports or for damage from unavailability, data loss or user actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law we limit liability to the amount paid for the service in the period when the damage occurred.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (if that option is available). We may suspend or discontinue the service for a user or all users for good cause (e.g. breach, legal requirements, cessation of operations). On discontinuation, data will be retained in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and contact

Polish law applies to matters not covered by these terms. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts competent for the operator’s seat. For terms and service: contact us.
