Pass condition in our engine: A <title> element is present.
1. Problem description
The <title> is announced when a screen-reader user opens the tab. Empty titles fail this criterion and overlap with the SEO title check.
2. Most common causes
- Missing <title> in a slim HTML shell.
- Title set only after hydration.
3. How to fix it
- Add a unique, descriptive <title> in the first HTML response.
