Statistics present
Concrete numbers, percentages and “according to” phrases make claims checkable.
Pass condition in our engine: At least one statistical pattern is found in the HTML.
1. Problem description
Vague “many users” is less citable than “62%”. We detect percentages, large numbered quantities and attribution phrases. Invented stats will backfire — only publish numbers you can source.
2. Most common causes
- Purely qualitative copy.
- Numbers live only in an infographic image.
3. How to fix it
- Include at least one sourced figure in the body text.
- Write the number in HTML, not only in a chart PNG.

We fetch only this URL (plus robots.txt / llms.txt at the domain root when the check needs them). We do not crawl the rest of the site like a full report.
