Article/NewsArticle/BlogPosting (or WebPage) types flag the document as citable content rather than chrome.

1. Problem description
Answer engines prefer pages that look like documents with a headline, author and dates. A marketing homepage with only Organization schema may rank in GEO poorly even if the prose is good. WebPage is a weaker but acceptable cousin.
2. Most common causes
- Only Organization JSON-LD is present.
- The blog uses a theme without article schema.
- The type is spelled incorrectly (article vs Article).
3. How to fix it
- Add Article or BlogPosting with headline, datePublished, author and image.
- Use NewsArticle for news; keep Article for evergreen guides.
- Keep the JSON-LD in sync with the visible byline and title.
