Real performance signals, not just server timings
We have released scoring version 1.2, extending the performance category with optional Core Web Vitals measured through Google PageSpeed Insights. When an API key is configured on the server, every fresh audit fetches lab data for your homepage on mobile: Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) and Interaction to Next Paint (INP).
Crawler-based load time and TTFB checks remain — they tell you how fast your server responds. CWV tells you how the page actually feels in a browser. Together they give a fuller picture of performance.
Clearer brand identity for AI
The GEO authority category now includes entity clarity checks on your homepage. We verify that your brand is declared as a named entity in structured data (Organization, Person or WebSite schema) and that the same name appears consistently in your page title, main heading and Open Graph metadata.
Why it matters: generative engines build knowledge graphs from these signals. A consistent, machine-readable brand identity makes it easier for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and others to recognize and cite you correctly.
What stays the same
Category weights and the A to F grading scale are unchanged. CWV checks only apply when PageSpeed API is available — without a key, performance scoring works exactly as in version 1.1. The audit still covers on-page SEO and GEO only.
Re-run your audit
Reports generated with version 1.1 or older show an outdated-version notice. Generate a fresh report to see CWV metrics (when configured) and your entity clarity score. Compare runs on the report history page to track progress.
